At about half the cost and a fraction of the time of regular brick and mortar construction, roof rooms are a fantastic way to add value to your property whilst providing you with the additional space you need.
You do not need to move out your home while we build. We work from above the ceiling level.
A structure built by EWD along the guidelines of SANS 517 has the same and in some cases better noise and thermal insulation than brick and mortar buildings.
As a rough price guide you can work on around R7 900 (including vat) per square meter for the shell. This will not include the interior finished such as plumbing, electrical, tiling etc…
